Providing the space and support for collaborations
We partner with leading academics, organisations and produce our own research to contribute to current thinking and practice on active citizenship. Whether it be staying on top of emerging research, partnering with others or investing in our own research, we bring a strong practice in ensuring a rigorous evidence base to all our services. We are often sharing this latest thinking in workshops, forums and conferences – and really are geeks at heart!
We are currently conducting our own research through UTS into the social impact of the design profession. Through this research we hope to reveal ways in which the design community can navigate beyond the perceived boundaries of their professional identity in order to better their understanding of, and deepen their engagement in, positive social change.
